You will receive an email confirmation from me as soon as the deposit and booking form have both been received. Both of these are required to secure your booking and save your date!
Step 1: Complete the below form as best you can, carefully read through the terms and conditions and submit the form.
Step 2: Pay your $150 deposit by direct bank transfer as per details in the booking email.
